Dr Han Hong Juan

Dr Han Hong Juan is the Medical Director of The ENT, Voice & Snoring Clinic.

Dr Han graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore and went on to complete his speciality training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), obtaining the Gold Medal prize. Given a Singapore Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Government Award, he did his subspecialty training in Sleep Medicine and Surgery at Stanford University and University Pittsburgh Medical Centre (UPMC). Dr Han also has a Masters in Sleep Medicine from Oxford University. Dr Han practiced for 20 years in the public sector and won several awards including the Heart of Gold Award and the CEO Service Award before starting his own practice. He believes in continuing to be of service to the public sector and is currently still a visiting consultant at both the Department of Otolaryngology and the Sleep Disorders Unit (SDU), Singapore General Hospital.

Dr Han is recognised for his expertise in adopting and staying up-to-date on the treatment innovations for Sleep Apnea. In 2012, he was among the first to use Transoral Robotic Surgery in Sleep Apnea treatment. In 2022, Dr Han was part of the pioneer team of surgeons who performed the first Inspire Medical Systems Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulator implantation in Singapore and Southeast Asia. To date, this team has performed more than 100 implants in Singapore.
